Log in to your account at dashboard.surfact.com
In the top menu-bar, click "Devices".
Click the device you would like to get the calibration certificate for.
Scroll down until you see a field in the left side menu named "Certificate".
Copy the url from the"Certificate" field into a new browser tab. This will download the temp certificate and statement.

The calibration statement and certificate includes information about ISO17025 three point calibration, NIST traceability, accuracy, drift and sensor specification which is useful in a GxP context and regulatory reviews.
