Click Help in the top-right corner of Surfact Signal to open the help window. From there you can:
Send a message to Surfact Customer Success. We'll reply in the help window and by email.

Tip: tell us which device
If your question is about a specific device, include its name or serial number (for example 0b8-818-61a). You'll find the serial number in the device list and in the Devices view.
